After each product has gone through multiple production processes, we clean and pack them carefully a s handicraft. We are fully aware that our gearbox, gear or shaft play an important role as the main transmission parts in a mechanical equipment.
Therefore, we design the packaging details for each product to avoid even a little damage during the transportation.
We design and pack gears and shafts refer to the following basic requirements:
1- Clean the spare parts after final inspection;
2- Wipe rust-proof machine oil on spare parts includes every details surface, tooth, internal hole, threaded hole, keyway and etc. With wiping rust-proof machine oil the spare parts can be protected well without rusting, and be used or assembled directly after customer/end user receive the goods;
3- Wrap the spare parts with PP or waterproof plastic cloth, with this action the machine oil can be attached to the products body better and meanwhile protect goods from moisture during transportation;
4- Wipe the product again with another strap to strengthen the protection of the goods;
5- At last put it into plywood wooden case or steel frame;
6- The space of the case is filled with PE foam or other fillers to prevent goods from rocking back and forth during transportation.
PRM can arrange shipment with Ocean, Plane, Train, truck and express. Generally it is up to customer to decide which mode of the transportation to choose, of course we recommend the best scheme to customer when provide offer or before shipment.
PRM or customer who pays the freight depends on which trade term we cooperate with(FOB,CNF,CIF, FCA or DDU), If we PRM pay the freight, please rest assured that we will provide a reasonable price and optimal transportation solution, we work with the specialized logistics company includes DB Schenker for sea and air shipment, and ZIH international for train and truck shipment, and UPS/TNT for express transportation.
