Gearbox of Vertical mill repair and maintain

This gearbox is a repair and  maintenance project of our company for a well-known iron and steel company. Through checking whether the gears, shafts, housing, expansion sleeves, couplings, bearings and  other parts  with damage, and give reasonable maintenance suggestions to customers.

Recommended replacement or repair: 1. Input shaft coupling 2. High speed shaft 3. Low speed gear 4. Low speed shaft diameter and other accessories;

It must be repaired: 1. Upper bearing hole of low-speed axle box 2. Lower bearing hole of low-speed axle box 3. Reducer accessories such as low-speed shaft diameter.
