We are doing industrial gearbox and spare parts, gear wheel, pinion shaft, ball mill parts, rotary kiln parts, custom machining parts according to drawings.

Yes, we are a manufacturer, and also we have strong design and engineering ability.
Which countries do you export to?
We have exported to U.S.A, Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, Russia, Lithuania, Italy, Serbia, Tunisia, CZ, South Africa, Spain.
Where is your factory located?
We are located in Luoyang, China, a very famous tourit city and heavy industry cities.
What’s your Payment terms?
Payment term are negotiable and would be improved along with long term cooperate. For the first order we usually use 10-30%T/T as down payment, 70% paid before goods leave factory, we also accepte LC and others, details will be discussed.
What is your warranty terms?
Our product warranty time is 12months after takeover, and provide technical support and service all lifetime.
How do you ensure sales service?
1.Pre-sales: Provide completely offer sheet, technical support and etc.
2.Official order confirmation be provided within 4 hours after receiving order, and provide our drawing which issued according to your drawing before machining.
Update produce status with photos and video weekly, and provide final packing photo before shipment or goods leave factory.
3.After sales: If there is a problem for the goods , we will come to you with a satisfied solution within 4 hours, or even respond
to immediately with 1hours.
What is the delivery time?
30-50 days producing time for gear, shaft and other machining parts, and 15days for gearbox design and 60 days for producing.
5-7 days by air transportation;
If by Ocean, about 5 weeks to European ports plus 1 week customs clearance, so you can get the container within 6 to 7 weeks.It takes about 2 weeks to east coast and 3 weeks to west coast US ports. Ocean port is from Shanghai or Qingdao port of China.
15-20 days to European cities by Train from Zhengzhou, China.
What is the MOQ of this product？
We offer OEM and ODM services with 1pc MOQ.
What is your trade term?
We usually do with FOB, CNF,CIF, FCA, DDU.

How do you pack the product before delivery?
1- Clean the spare parts after final inspection;
2- Wipe rust-proof machine oil on spare parts includes every details surface, tooth, internal hole, threaded hole, keyway and etc. With wiping rust-proof machine oil the spare parts can be protected well without rusting, and be used or assembled directly after customer/end user receive the goods;
3- Wrap the spare parts with PP or waterproof plastic cloth, with this action the machine oil can be attached to the products body better and meanwhile protect goods from moisture during transportation;
4- Wipe the product again with another strap to strengthen the protection of the goods;
5- At last put it into plywood wooden case or steel frame;
6- The space of the case is filled with PE foam or other fillers to prevent goods from rocking back and forth during transportation.
How do you handle a customer complaint?
For Quality, Our attitude is never look for any excuse. After receiving the customer’s quality complaint, We respond immediately and quickly identify the cause of the problem, come up with a solution within four hours. It It’s our fault, We will take the responsibility to the end, If it’s not our fault, we still help customers until the problem is solved.
What does module(M) and Diametral Pitch(DP) mean?
Module is the metric system used to determine tooth size, the bigger the module the bigger the tooth.
Diametral Pitch is the imperial system used to be determine tooth size, the bigger the DP the smaller the tooth.
